The Thief on The Cross

Luke 23:39-42
The thieves crucified on either side of Jesus illustrate how every person makes decisions about their life and eternity based on their response to Jesus Christ. Those decisions can be dramatically different. It is of the greatest importance that we choose wisely.
- One of the thieves chose to acknowledge his own sin.
- He chose also to acknowledge the goodness of Jesus.
- He then accepted Jesus as King and pleaded for His mercy.
- It was then that Jesus extended His amazing grace to the dying man. The heart of the dying criminal was changed, and his eternity was changed as well!
