What comes to mind when you hear the words, “I hope…?” 

Ever feel like you have no hope or you’re losing hope?

 

Hope is defined as “a positive expectation of life in the future, that is experienced in the present moment, while being rooted in the past.” 

 

Be thankful for the gift of today.

Look to the past and remember God’s faithfulness and goodness to you.

Focus on God’s promises as you look to the future; He will never leave you nor forsake you.

Sit in the present and rest in His Presence.
